​You may or may not have seen the art during the art basel week. Don’t miss out on meeting the people.

​There’s something about Paris during Art Week. The galleries are full, the city is buzzing, and conversations about art, beauty, taste and culture seem to be happening everywhere.

​But sometimes the most interesting part of an exhibition isn’t what’s hanging on the walls.

​It’s the conversation you have afterward.

​On Saturday, October 24, we’re taking that conversation underground.

​Join Purple Fig Rooms in a vaulted cellar tucked away in the Latin Quarter, for an intimate evening of drinks, interesting strangers and conversations inspired by the ideas shaping art and culture today.

​Not another room where you need to know somebody.

​Just a beautifully unusual Parisian setting, people you haven’t met yet, and the possibility of an unexpectedly good Saturday night.

​A little of what to expect

​Meet people outside your usual circle. We’re creating a social evening for curious minds across art, culture, design, tech and everything in between. Come alone or come with a friend, that’s part of the idea.

​Have better conversations. Expect playful questions about art, identity, beauty and taste, along with introductions that help you get past the usual small talk.

​Experience Paris Art Week differently. Whether you’ve been gallery-hopping all day or haven’t stepped inside a single exhibition, this is a chance to take part in the conversations surrounding contemporary culture.

​Discover a few little surprises. We’re exploring collaborations with independent creative brands, publishers and artists to add thoughtful touches to the evening. Details will be announced if confirmed.
