Opener: Savage Heart

A Canadian artist that performs in English and French, Savage Heart’s genius comes from her lyricism. Laced between contradictions created by her intuituve female gaze and her subcounscious male gaze, Savage Heart deconstructs symbols and rhetoric. Things as simple as the color pink suddenly become surreptitiously more poetic in this 30 minute opening set.

A Vietnamese-polish artist currently based in Paris, Magda Vi trancends interdisiplinary arts with a caché for captivating her audience. As an actor, model, singer, and god knows what else, she’ll make you swoon and ‘ouu’, ‘aah’. In her spare time she likes to figure-skate and, and practice Tae Kwon Do, but I guess you’d like to know, she’s more than kick-ass in guitar and piano.
